ZhK Kvartaly

The compact apartment at ZhK Kvartaly is built around one living room, where a corner modular sofa sits at rest by the window — deep terracotta and graphite cushions add warmth against an otherwise cool grey palette of walls and floor.

Two layers of drapery — sheer voile and a mocha-toned heavier curtain — control the light through the day, while track lighting around the ceiling perimeter stands in for overhead fixtures. The wood-effect kitchen units with a dark stone worktop run in one line with the dining group at a black table.

Every piece follows one logic — low profile, warm accents, minimal decoration — so the small apartment reads more spacious than its actual footprint.
